Truly failed groups.. let me think. I think the lucky 7 crew I mentioned is a truly failed group. I mean jeez.. most of their accounts got deleted fairly quickly and after that they let themselves get hacked by the kitty crew and the hacker deleted all of their flashes. Then after that a lot of whining began, but nobody really cared and nowadays they don't do anything anymore.

I can't think of any group that failed harder than that, but perhaps there were some others that simply made no impression.

Indeed he hasn't posted in years. But apparently he has written one review back in '07 somewhere and he did update his picture after the redesign to his trademark pic :p Perhaps he is still out there somewhere.
