Thursday Broadcasting, Chrome Bug

We are broadcasting live right now so come chat! We won't be broadcasting tomorrow (Friday).

If you are running Chrome for Windows, the latest update has broken keyboard input on games developed with AS2. Apparently there is a fix but it may not be deployed for a few weeks. It would be appreciated if the Chrome team could deploy it RIGHT NOW though! :P

Ok now it's working and you should be able to hear us. If it's running choppy you can run the low quality feed - we're streaming at two bitrates!

As great as a low quality feed is just to ease up on the stream, tonight is unwatchable. The freezing moments are ridiculously long and there's simply no enjoying the broadcast right now because of it.

Official Word from Google, yesterday:

"This issue has been fixed. The patch with the fix will hit Chrome 13.0 Stable (the version that most of you are on) in the next week or two, in which case you will be automatically updated then"

Wow thank god for Firefox.
I recently think that using Chrome is just optional or just updates on crap i don't wanna know.
I am lucky that Newgrounds is just friends with Firefox.

Ah, so this explains why I had troubles with a flash game or two yesterday. I thought I was playing a shitty game. Shame this happened on Chrome since if I expect any browser to have such inconveniences, it's Opera. :P
