it looks pretty cute :)
if you want to take it to the next level though, you should use references next time, for the anatomy and posture.
and if you spend some time on creating strong, aesthetic poses for the key positions i.e. the start, the and and maaaybe the "fly", it could look even better! for starters, check the arms.
keep it up, you have a lot of potential there!

you chould check the settings and if you can, make it loop. because refreshing the page every 5 seconds is pretty tiring :I

but i dunno... i think its the vertical lines you put as inbetweens... i think it could work better with horizontal lines, because they would support the "arc" of the head swing

Experimenting with a weird walk cycle where I put the down on the passing pose instead of the contact... It's on 3s so it's kinda choppy and I think it's a little too lively for the character, so I'm gonna redo it and have the guy take smaller steps and maybe swing his arms a bit less.

Hi just trying a little something, plan to make a little series of character animated movements that could be used as a game sprites. Not very good at coding games in flash, okish in GameMaker Studio but really I just want to make nice 2D character movement animations.

So here is my little devil lady rough run cycle - any comments will be greatly appreciated

The head's movement looks a little weird since it's only bouncing upward on one of the passing positions. The run cycle looks fairly symmetrical so the head should move in a similar manner during both steps.

No problem! I have trouble with heads too; I'm trying to get one right even at this moment, actually. I usually have a harder time spotting issues in my own work though, go figure.

Ya it is that whole snow-blind thing in which you are too focused on some elements that you miss others and just need a different perspective. Really wish I can work on mine but alas RL work first >_<

I don't know how you approached this walkcycle. but i advise you to start by looking at references (maybe yourself in a mirror?). then you should try to mime the movement with a simple skeleton or stickman. then (and only then!) you should animate a more complex figure.

After some stumble... walk cycle just clicked in... here's what im working on... Pls critique..
