I did these two very quick test animations tonight, there's a reason I dont like animating frame by frame in flash cause im crap at it ha ha XD

That's some wicked neato stuff, I like lightning bolt 13 because it seems to dissipate more realistically than the others.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8waV48897o4 shows some ultra low-motion shots of lightning bolts, and it looks like they spread out, then flash bright, then just sort of thin out until they disappear.
I do have to say though, those bolts are pretty fluid which makes them appealing to watch.

that's a good practice. you might want to work on your timing a bit more. but i like that you gave it a feel of transferring force and mass on the bounce

I want it to be a series. A good series, with a polish similar to Zeural's "Escape from Nevera". This all depends on how many I can get to help out, voice actors, sound/music producers. I'm being horribly ambitious, but all ideas start somewhere.
Think of a city similar to Saints Row 3 except with real consequences. You're not just some omnipotent being, there's villains in a city with no heroes. Their motivations all different, none of them being "to control the world/city". The chaos they create is just a given.

Singing my song brother It's such a weird perspective but I'll go back in and take a look at it
here's a breakdown of the steps i go through for the animation if anyone is interested. i've always been told i have a weird approach to things so i'll give insight on how i do it

I tried some 3D looking stuff....It looks horrible. The base model/rig wasn't that good which is probably why I couldn't get myself to take my time and fix this.
Speaking of 2D I did some fire animation that just took too long and I lost interest. Needs more frames in between I know x(
