Nor do I.
But I used to, so I did at one point.

That'd be one pain in the ass guitar to change the pickups or humbuckers and whatnot.

Weird.

Because I was telling my dad earlier about it when we were going to get new knobs for my B.C Rich Warlock, because I lost one, and I said it would be funny to get pink knobs. He laughed and I told him about how Jarrydn used a pink Hello Kitty guitar. After I told him that, we walked into the music shop and that fucking Hello Kitty pink squire was right there on the wall, and the guy at the counter's computer, which was facing us, had that same picture Jarrydn posted as his wallpaper.

Spooky.

I am fixing up my $200 blue dinky Jackson. I am putting in new pickups, new bridge, and a Floyd Rose (it was my brother's idea, it's still technically his guitar).

Yeah man. It was meant to be "JAZZFEST", but the promoter made a few typos.

But seriously...I love jazz.

Jazz is great. It's also really hard to play on guitar. I can't do it. My brother can.

As do I, I have more than a few jazz albums tucked away around the place. Well I suppose living with a jazz pianist does do that to you.

Im thinking of making a replica guitar for my major wood work project for school, and im going to be adding pretty much every detail into it, dot inlays, bridge, etc.

Now, i need suggestions on what type of guitar should i make? Im thinking along the lines of a flying v or explorer or even just making a stencil of my strat...but im open to suggestions. And also, the crappiest, most fucked up piece of shit quality pickups, bridge and strings you guys can think of.

This guitar wont be playable.

Be very, very careful. If you make it too exact you could be brought down for trademark infringements, especially when it comes to headstocks.

Don't count yourself out yet, if you get the neck useable, get the scale right and use some reasonable parts, it could be a very nice player indeed.
