I have to say, this is pretty good. It was extremely well done. You seem to have spent a lot of time and thought on this. I don't see any major flaws I can criticize you on. So you get a 10, and you enjoy this 10 with all of your heart.

I think your animation style is cool, and i haven't seen it in a long while, so it was refreshing. Though pointless, i was always wondering where he was goin to go next. I think, though, that the house dude should have played a more supportive role. like, a little birdy or fariy or something that you would see in a japanese animation that can't really speak, but is extremely cute and has funny antics. idk... really great job. hope i see more. :)
