Reviews for "Tomb Chess"

This game rocks!

Except for the 25 moves rule. I hate that rule. Often, I could win a game, but that 25 moves rule stops the game early.

not bad, but it depends too much on the luck

For example I click on a grave, and there is my king. Now it could be luck, if he wouldn't surronded with unopened graves. I don't dare open one becouse there is a high chance of getting an enemy pawn (and than I get p(a)wned. But even if the computer opens a nerby grave (it doesn't dare too, as long as it has better choice), I've got no chance to escape. Or when all my elite are near eachoder, and they not only immobilize eachoder - while the computer kills my regulars - but sooner or later one of them will get in a defnseless position, and gets killed, and so on to the remaining, so I can only try to get a patt situation, and win by scores.
The AI is not bad (gave me a hard time at genius rank), but not very good either: it almost never makes a sacrifise, and when it does, it isn't the best choice. Some times I could win only becouse the computer didn't make a sacrifise, wich would make him the winner. But at least I could make with this disadvantage of the AI to the high score table with 192 points.

Too luck-based

Decent game, but too much of it comes down to luck. Nothing worse than clicking a tomb and giving the other guy some super-unit, which then promptly kills one of your units. Really frustrating. It's too luck-based to be a good puzzle.

A good game but...

So this is basically a mix between stratego and chess, an overall goodgame and I like the unique element of neither playing seeing the units.

Okish

Entertaining for a good while, but. It is damn annoying that it's mostly luckbased.
