Great game, but I found a small bug
I noticed a small bug. If you leave one of those pink traps that slows down your opponents if they pick it up, you won't be able to leave a bomb in that same spot.
Very nice game, though.
good and bad...
On a coding level this was near perfect, although possibly a little fiddly, however the way you tried to disguise the concept having nothing to do with bomberman just made it more obvious that it was, to counteract that you invented some great powerups of your own such as the granades you could throw which I thought rocked, but that still left my biggest critisim which was that the varity of objects on screen makes it hard to tell which ones you can and can't blow up.
My advice to you is eventually make this online and also get some inspiration from 'Atomic Bomerman' as it's arguebly the best bomerman game ever made or the cyber joueux (sp?) website's online version, then you will have an unforgetable classic.

I like this game but it just didnt have the bomberman feel to it. Killing people didnt really exite me. I gave a good review, although i wanted a little more.

Well it was really like bomerman but a new look nice but not too much new so maybe a newer twist would be good on it but I liked it hours of fun but like the person above says it tends to get boring I know cuz not only from this game which I'm not saying it is but bomerman lost its appeal after a while to it just gets to be to much of the same thing see what I mean but other then this it was great good job on it. I loved it
