You command a team of 4 specialists infiltrating an AAHW cloning facility. You must retrieve vials of DNA that the Auditor is using to create stronger agents. You must shoot and stab your way through masses of ever improving enemies. Collect weapons, armor, and items to help you reach the Auditor's tower and complete your mission.

= = = GAME PLAY TIPS = = =
- This is a turn-based strategy game that uses AP (Action Point) mechanics. Fans of Fallout 1 and 2 will be familiar with the game-play.
- In each battle, try to defeat all enemies as quickly as possible. Each of your characters has a limited amount of AP that are used to move and attack.
- Moving horizontally, forward or backward, takes 1 AP per tile. Moving vertically needs no AP.
- If you have no more AP, press the End Turn button. You'll to regain some AP but your enemies will have a chance to attack you.
- There is no "Level-up" System. Your HP, damage, AP, and other stats are determined by the armor and weapons.
- Some equipment have special abilities which are displayed in their description. Figuring out how best to use them, is entirely on you.
- You cannot change your character's classes. Learn to optimize their use.
- Armor is subtle and relies partly on luck, but it can be invaluable in many situations.
- Certain enemies drop items which will help out in difficult battles.
- You don't NEED to explore the entire facility... but it does help quite a bit.
- If you lose a man, the Higher Powers will resurrect him after you finish the battle. Assuming, of course, that you win.
- Save often. Srsly.

= = = ABOUT THIS GAME (it's quite lengthy) = = =
The inspiration for this game was the "kill-team" dynamic between Deimos and Sanford, as opposed to the "one-man army" feel of Hank. I want players to feel like they're constantly upgrading and improving their team. I've also tried to replicate the weapons and armor used in the Madness series as Krinkels portrayed them, then added a twist of my own art-style. I had planned this for Madness Day 2010, but it my estimated 2 week production time became 2 months. Still, I'm quite happy with the result and hope you enjoy it!

Madness Retaliation = 100% awesomeness!

I luved this game! It`s the best Madness strategy game EVAR!!! I did see a bug... I got some armor and weapons, went back to Main Menu without saving (NOT by mistake!!) , started up a new game, and I had all the guns and armor from in my 1st game! It`s either a bug or a glitch, but whatever it is, DON`T FIX IT!

And now, some Madness Randomness for no random reason.... Deimos & Sanford YEAH! LOL1!
YOU MUST DIE!: says Hank. ATP Mask: Style: OVER 9000!
ERROR1! Enlist in the 1337

After a number of playthroughs, I'll finally write

I'll get bad stuff out of the way first. My only real problem with the game is how overpowered the clown boss fight is. If you're not paying attention, the exploding clown henchmen will kill you off quick. Or if you run out of Flashbangs. I understand the idea behind exploding clowns, but one hit kill enemies just aren't in the style of an RPG. Secondly, I know of the problems other people have had with the Assault Class. Honestly, the Assault is like my MAIN guy in the beginning of the game. SMG's that can one hit kill most lower level enemies. Plus the JHP ammo makes this class a lot more versatile, so instead of outright killing weaker enemies you can stun the bigger enemies that deal a lot more damage. But as soon as I get Jesus's Mythril Armor, I strap it on my Assault guy and give him a shotgun and LMG. It's not that the Assault class isn't useful anymore, but a Heavy just deals more damage, to more enemies at once, quicker. Other then that, this was just such a great game. The classes and weapons were still balanced in such away that you couldn't put the best stuff on one guy and just play it "One Man Army." The comedy you through in was just fricken hilarious (HE'S GOT FUCKING EYBROWS MAN!). Exploration was intriguing and offered it's own elements of hilarity. Overall, the game was pretty challenging, but it was simple enough that the only time I ever needed help was with the final boss battle. Awesome game, and I eagerly await the next one. And no, I'm not gonna bitch about how it's been a couple months since your last post. Again, looking forward to the next installment with all its new features. Cheers.
