can anyone help me with the legs? the "memory" part is that he forgot his pants.... and i cant draw anything except the baggy uniform stuff we wear.

Although I suck, I used JackSmack's tutorial on drawing retro.

Well, its not all THAT good, this one took me 10 minutes. (There's Xinj in the botom, before any noobs start to scream i stole it, Im Xinj, for proof search me on dA and i'll tell you on there >.>)
