What ho chaps and welcome to the Officers Mess. The point of the group is cross between making fun of the upper-class English accent and to spread new of spiffing flash artists on Newgrounds. This is NOT another Blam club, so one doesn't want anyone gang up on flash makers or doing group voting. A rank systum will be post soon, which has the point of showing how much you have done to help NG.
The only point of the ranks here are to help keep users in line, this is also the job of the provosts. There will be two provost jobs going and not based on a first come service. The Provosts job is to keep a check on all user in the mess even if they are high rank (They are like mods, that can't ban).

Voting power 3.00 = 2nd Lieutenant
V/P 4.00 = 1st Lieutenant
V/P 5.00 = Captain
V/P 5.50 = Major
V/P 6.00 = Lieutenant Colonel
V/P 6.75 = Colonel
V/P 7.25 = Brigadier
V/P 8.00 = Major General
V/P 8.50 = Lieutenant General
V/P 9.00 plus = Feild Marshal

No you have to be from the U.K to join. The Englishness is making fun of the British Army Officer class, who are all I say, what what and Tally ho. What are you going on about? The rank systum is there to help keep members on order. If you want to be a provost and help me keep order I will think about it. The provosts can pull more than their rank. They are like mods in a way.

The Ng Fan club is just called the "fan" club, really it is a NG talk club, but the NG talk club doesnt sound as good, and you talk about anything NG related there.
