In playtesting, I had a few people justify their answers to me before making their final pick and I was really surprised at the different viewpoints and rationale they came up with for different characters.
I'm rather impressed, to say the least. The information that's drip-fed to you by the excerpt, while vague enough to keep you guessing, for me actually made me even more critically-perceptive to the situation at hand. Alongside some neat artwork, the personalities of each character was a delight to sift through, and played in well to the intuition required to solve the mystery. I rather liked it!
