Reviews for "Devoured Intellect"

When I hovered over the document, it ends with the word "lacks --." So I had no good criteria on how to judge the questions. Is that a layout bug?

The wizard's answer to Q3 doesn't make sense though - if the halfling has no money, how could he sell him more potions?

BoobMarley responds:

Firstly, yes that is intentional. The idea is have you aware that there is something peculiar to look for, but have no hard information.
Secondly, sure it makes sense. If you've ever known an addict in your life you'll they know that no matter how hard up for cash they are, they can always somehow find some to pay for their habit.
Thanks for playing.

Not at the level of the Chalice of Malfa (which was absolutely awesome), but a nice little game all the same. I found it to be rather obvious, but I guess that's just personal.

Love your games, man. Keep it up!

BoobMarley responds:

Haha, thanks dude. Chalice of Marfa was made over the course of like... months. This was finished in under 20 hours, so yeah, there might be a little difference. Thank you for playing, and thank you so much for the kind review.

I tried using the psycho principle or "no value for lives" answers which the warrior/2nd suspect only and fully matched. Nice game

BoobMarley responds:

Not a bad tactic, hope you realized why it wasn't quite right in that context though. Did you eventually get it right?

Meh. LD theme kind of gave it away pronto. haha

Other than that, a short, pleasurable experience. Not a new concept, but for that little amount of time you guys got, the result is very good. Consider making another not as easy, with multiple endings or so.

BoobMarley responds:

As I've said before, you'd be amazed at the responses and choices some folks have made for the conclusion... But I hear ya; as I was making it I kept thinking about how neat it would be to have more and more options and have it be a longer game. Next game I make won't be under a time or prompt constraint, so I guess stay tuned. Thanks for playing and taking the time to leave a review :)

pretty good i like it but you lose points for not having a randomizer to make it someone different each time the game is started. that would have made it alot more fun if it could be one of the others with unique dialog or to see what the paladin sounds like normally

BoobMarley responds:

You are the only person so far to have this unfounded expectation for a randomizer.
Why on earth would you ever want to play a computer game more than once, girl? Go outside.
Anyways, thanks for playing and reviewing!
