Need to learn dialogue. Really ... I mean exposition is one thing then there is a ton of listening to uselessness. Decednt animation though for a remake of DotHack in some form.

Hmm, well you improved a bit with this episode. The animation looks better and the final art looks way more clean than before. Voice acting seems to flow a bit better as well. I liked some of the music choices too. So overall production quality has risen.
There's still a major problem with this series, and everything else you've ever done; the dialouge. Is. AWFUL. Good God, man. You're using too much writer-speak (Sarcasm, one-liners, and everything Raven Freak says) and not enough character-speak (genuine emotion from the characters). It feels sterile and insincere... like you're trying to best to make the audience like characters who don't have personality outside of cool phrases. I've never met anybody who talks like that, and I doubt you have, either. So I recommend studying how real people communicate to each other instead of choosing generic anime dialogue.
Also, Nylock's catchphrase isn't funny. Get rid of it.
I agree with Spazkid, you should make an episode to explain what the hell is going on in this series. I'm barely following along with the story.
This was just the exact same thing as every other cliche/shity anime on TV. Please get original with your content.

GIRL TALK THE MOVIE
Basically one semi- interesting character, a plot that reminds me WAY to much of .Hack, a bunch of generic anime characters, what felt like a 5 minute long girl talk scene, a decent script but pretty dumb story... meh, I'll pass on this series.
