If there's already a starting database I could obviously make an update script, but I wouldn't know how to handle new additions, without doing a complete check. I guess there's a way, probably known by gfox or someone, but I wouldn't know how...

Thanks for all the congrats and fun posts in here since I posted my 10,000th late on Thursday night, folks. I will reply to them all in turn from gfoxcook later on. But for now, it's all about getting the list update ready.

Below (in this post and the one beneath it.... too big for 8k!) is the list of all 821 people in my spreadsheet (up from 669 just 4 days ago). I've added tons of people from the top 100 reviewers list, top 618 posters list, top 100 saviors list, and top 200 blammers list.

All that remains is scouring the final top 2000 exp list from BBB and ramagi's last top 750/550 lists to make sure I've got all the 10k+ expers.

BUT... if any or all of you could take a quick glance at this username list, and if you know of anyone (yourself, friends, random people) who has even just ONE 10,000+ stat and isn't listed where they should be alphabetically in the below list... PLEASE RESPOND in here, or by PM to gfoxcook (not this account) ASAP! THANK YOU!!!

Sorry for the double post, but I just checked the audio reviewers list and found a bunch of users who were also still missing. No 2*10k´ers, but some did have at least one of their stats above 10k.

Hello! Thanks for mentioning me Auz - I wasn't sure whether to post here or not saying that I nearly had 10k saves. Maybe I'll be able to get at least 1x10k stat by the time gfox does his final update.

Okay, this is great news. I've added some other people to the spreadsheet since I posted with my alt on Saturday twice to list all 821 people in the spreadsheet at that time. Well, by yesterday it was up to 840 people, and I just added 10 more from a PM from Auz... and 3 more from Bahamut's post below about teh ALTS in the 1x9k+ group...

Point is, a lot of the people that Coop and Auz have mentioned to me in PMs and you guys are bringing up the names of in here are people I've found on my own through the top 2000 exp list last done by BBB by his automated site on 7/17/07 pre-redesign, which was only 2700 or so exp ago, so no one with 10k+ exp can hide from me unless they've changed their username with an admin since July 07... that's the only way I can't get them from the BBB list pre-redesign...

And I've also found a good dozen more or so from NG Log's "most times logged" list, where I've gone all the way down to 65+ logs to find anyone who's logged a lot but I couldn't find any other way.

Thanks for handling those two posts, gfoxclock. Boosted you up from nifty number 234 posts to nifty number 236 posts, and allowed me to stay on 10,000 posts for a few days. But I think the end of 3/06 to near the end of 3/11 is long enough to stay at 10,000, methinks.

So anyway... new names to add. Add these to the 821 I posted on Saturday to come up to 853 currently. Once I finish with the top 2000, there'll be even more. I slowed majorly down after Saturday night because I got Super Smash Bros Brawl on Sunday around noon and have been playing it pretty much non-stop all Sunday and Monday long. I'm trying to take a break from it today. #;-}>

Adding people to the list spreadsheet is always the toughest part, because it's the easiest part to make mistakes/overlook people. Pulling data for the people already on the spreadsheet does take time, but it's easy.

They don't "count" if by count you mean will they be on the final list. But 0x10k/1x9k+ people MAY get a nice mention in the list notes, like I used to. We'll have to see how I feel after doing all the 10kers first and all the list updating and notes and stats and all that fun hard work. If I still have enough energy to do the 9x10k+ section of the list notes (which only ever took much time because I'd list the actual stats they had... maybe I'll just snip out the numbers and just post a list of names, that could work #;-}>)... maybe I will).

I can't believe that even to this day, I've got to deal with teh namechangers. They made things so difficult back when we had profile ID#s to rely upon, at least... now that there's no more profile ID#s easily reachable.... it's a SUPER pain in the ass. If someone changes usernames now, their old account appears deleted and gone forever to any listmakers. If you're going to change your username, you'd be better off if you didn't care about being on any lists, because you very well may be screwing yourself over. A lot of listmakers wouldn't go as far as I am to make sure to get everyone on the list and be as accurate/precise as possible, like I am.

I doubt you'll have 10k saves by the time I START pulling the data from profiles for the update, which I'm planning on doing tomorrow, Wednesday 3/12.... HOWEVER... I am planning on continuing the data pull until the weekend, as first of all there's no way I'm going to get all data pulled in one evening with so much data to pull... but also I'm not going to worry about some people getting 1 or 2 or 3 more exp deposits or however much more blams or saves or posts, especially as long as the top 200 or so in my spreadsheet are all consistent... if a few new people can get on by Saturday, all the better.

So consider this your fair notice... a few days ago when I added you to the spreadsheet, you had 9750 saves or so... now you're up to 9875... IOW, you've made up half the distance as of right now.

I don't know how long it's going to take you to get the final 125 saves, but I hope you can pull it off by Friday 3/14 at the latest. Please try your best to get it done tonight, Wednesday, Thursday, and earlier on Friday. Because by late Friday 3/14, I may very well be done data pulling and not accepting any newcomers.

I want to have this list update accurate and posted and not needing edits/revisions by Saturday 3/15, TEH IDES OF MARCH.

Sunday 3/16 = Awesome Houston Rockets game against the LA Lakers, and my gf's day off from work along with Mondays... and Monday 3/17 = St. Patrick's Day. So there's even more reasons I want the list update done by Saturday night.

I took the time to do a tiny bit o' copy-paste in Paintshop Pro to get the screenies to look nice with borders all teh way around, all 360 degrees. It's not too hard to do that after all, just takes two copies. One of the grey background to go over the "Profile / Posts/ Contact" links... And one of the left border, mirror it, and place it over the right edge of the post area to make the full border. SPIFFTASTIC!

How was your 10,000th epic? It was mostly a multi-quote reply.

It had myself saying "O RLY?" to Afro_Stud saying that he'd get a mod to ban me so I can't make the 10000th post, lol. Also, multi-quotes were epic to me back then, and there was a speech about my milestone post. That's how epic the post was.

I didn't want my 10,000th to be just another multi-quote reply. Not that that wouldn't have been super-fitting and so forth, but I make enough of those, like I said. I wanted to make a short, simple, totally uncharateristic.... post just saying.... "hey, 10k!" basically. Only I still made it a longer one than most people making their 10kth post would have, of course. #;-}>
