I honestly think the guy doesn't even know why he does it anymore. When you put brainless portal submissions in front of equally brainless statwhores, who only see submissions as protect points, the result is inevitable (especially if he does have votebots or other such things as well).
However, in the unlikely event that he doesn't have some kind of pathological problem, and he is just doing it for the attention, I think it's best to keep moaning about him to a minimum. It's not like the spam from him is a problem anyway, seeing as how it gets deleted at least once a week, right?

All those 9's remind me of a time when turning lvl 10 was a big deal and I'd always stay one deposit away from it to laugh at everyone who were still working their way up from lvl 9. Hopefully there's at least one person who knows what I'm talking about.
