Get a black one, just don't scratch it. Black ones are sexier.

Seriously. But if you run your fingernail across it too hard, ut scratches. At least on the whites you can't see it. You could always get a black aluminum case though...

Define rock. What do you want. Punk, britpop, indie, alternative, soft rock, heavy metal, nu-rock, etc?
For those O rly? fans.

Yes you can join as long as you aren't a n00b. If you're going to join, then at least be mildly active here. Whatever you got arab_freak. Anythings good right now I'd take anything on that list except for Britpop. Thanks.
Hey guys, whenever I watch a full movie on my iPod right after it has charged, when I am doe watching the move the iPods battery is almost gone, just a little, almost depleted bar is left. The movies are usually around 2 hours? Is this normal? About how much time does a battery last when the iPod is unplugged from the computer?

On full battery life, the iPod plays 3 hours of video and 16 hours of music. Yeah it's kinda crappy if you ask me. I think there should be stronger batteries or upgrades or something. So yes yours is normal.

Yay, I thought it was fucked up :P
Also, for about how long do you need to charge it until it's completely charged?
Ok guys, I need some help. The computer that I mainly use for my music is completely broken. The music is mainly the only thing I care about. All my music is on my iPod. Is there anyway to rip the songs off of my iPod and put them on my new computer without having to download them all again?

That's the problem. I don't use iTunes Music Library. I use Limewire and get my music from there, because I don't have a credit card.

Are you admitting to piracy, retard? (If you are I don't care, but the admins/mods just might). Well, just save all your files to a disc. You should know how.
1) Plug your iPod in to your PC.
2) In iTunes, make sure that you've enabled the iPod for disk use. (Right click on the iPod in iTunes, go to "iPod options", and make sure the box is checked)
3) Now, open up My Computer, you should see your iPod as another drive next to your CD drives and whatnot.
4) Open up your iPod folder, and then go to Tools/Folder Options/Hidden files and folders. Check "Show hidden files and folders."
5) Go to the folder entitled "iPod_Control". It'll be slightly greyed out, but don't worry about that, that's just Windows showing that it's a hidden file or folder.
6) Go to the folder entitled "Music".
7) All the folders called F1, F2, F3, etc... contain your music. The filenames are random letters, but the songs are all there.
8) Copy and paste the folder called "Music" to your HD. Just don't try and find the files of songs in there, because they're not organised in any way in their filename or folder.

Well then all your music is gone. Sorry. With a fast connection, it shouldn't take long to redownload them. BBM, I need to go buy that battery. Thanks for shoowing it to me.

If your battery life falls below 4 hours (if you just leave it on an album on shuffle repeat), and your iPod is under a year old, you can send it off to apple to get it repaired for free.

No, music. You can't do 4 hours of video on a brand new iPod. No excessive skipping songs, no shuffling the entire iPod. Just shuffle repeat one album.

My audio works fine no problems with that. 16 hours is more than enough. It's the video I'm complaining about. I realize It's doing alot, but I still think it should be able to play more than an hour without draining your battery to the red zone.

What kind of iPod is it? My 5th gen. video iPod does around 2 hours of video before draining battery to red zone.
