Yeah, then: Total Gamer is actually the only Canadian video gaming magazine I know of, so that will have to do until I find another one.

However, I'm clueless about Canadian sites.

I hope that was of some help to you, Tom.

I live in Quebec, and almost every teen knows about Safarir, which is the equivalent of Mad Magazine. http://www.safarir.com/
They advertise video games and sometimes will plug websites with funny content, and the average age of the reader must be 13-18 or something like that, pretty much just like NG. Its read by the whole province.

they launched it in the U.S. a couple years back, it was called "Nuts", maybe some people know about it :o

Well for the most part, us candians we read the maple express eh, or the mountie's journal, and as for that eurotrash anime stuff, we dont take kindly to it around these parts. But all yah americans should come out to canada for the great polar bear hunt up in ontario.

Most of the magazines i read are from the states (pcgamer). And the only website that matters is newgrounds.

I'm from Québec and like others have said, Safarir is a VERY good choice, it's the most well-known and read magazine in Québec when it comes to young people as far as I know. Otherwise, the "coolest" magazines are usually magazines for women such as elle and châtelaine.

BTW, I don't know if anyone mentioned this before but, there's a law in Québec which forbids stores to sell videogames WITHOUT french instruction booklets. In other words, unless Alien hominid comes with french instructions, they're gonna be sent back...

Back on topic, if you're trying to advertise Alien hominid in Québec, there's 2 french videogaming shows which you could consider :
- La Revanche des Nerdz (on Channel Z)
- M.net (On Musiqueplus, Muchmusic's sister station)

We Americans or at the very least have a plan to take over Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and anything that has Am or erica. Ok not really but we'd be alot more powerful if we controlled everything with America in it. Canada Rocks!
