... Uh, I havent really kept up on this or anything, so I might be a little confused on this, but here's my opinion anyway.
Im not gonna give you a bunch of crap saying you're anti-American, socialist, greedy, an asshole, dumbass, or anything like that (Hell, maybe you are, but I wouldnt know). Maybe, as some have insinuated, it was an April Fool's joke. Well, assuming it wasnt, I say keeping China out was the right thing to do. Newgrounds is a site for the featuring of art (Even though most of the stuff posted will suck anyway...). A big part of art is expressing yourself. It wouldnt be right to so drastically restrict it. It's sad that China doesnt have these rights, but we cant just give into the demands of such a system. As Im sure you can tell through example, it shits on everything.
Like I said, I really got no idea what's going on here (even more confusing when I consider how I saw a Tiennenmen Square game) but that's what I got to say, going off what I see.
