All I can think about is where she'll be, musically and artistically, in eight years.

When I listened to her album tonight, all I could think is 'This is incredible... but I can tell she's only going to get better.'

Her dad was talking today, they were going to release the album last year, but part of the delay was he'd listen to an old track and realize she'd improved so much as to make the old stuff sound amateurish, so they'd re-record it.

I have noticed that advertisement threads are mostly locked with just someone posting the linky, same for FL questions etc.
Though it seems to me like people STILL start replying a lot when it's one about zerobombing :s

Music Making.

Argh, I want to make music but there is one problem. I downloaded Fruity Loops Demo yesterday and checked it out. Nice stuff, I messed around with it before. But the price is to much. Seriously, I can't possibly ask my dad to pay and cracking is illegal (Though I bet some people are pirates here).
So I found a program called Reaper, but when I download VST's for it, I just can't make them do sounds. Help please? I checked Rig's guide, but the link for making your first loops is broken.

Keep in mind it updates every 24 hours.

Also, remember the amount you get could be passed off of impressions, clicks or how much the people buy from the advertisers who were linked from your page.

Generally, for impressions, the eCPM is about $0.05 for Tom's userpage. This means it takes one thousand ad impressions to your userpage along just to get a measely 5 cents.

Don't be angry though. After 1,500 views on my flash, and who knows how many clicks on my userpage, I've only made $0.11 :(

I have $2.34 so far this month. It's really all about luck - what ads show up when and if anyone's actually interested in them. And yeah, popular flash guys are getting all the big money as they can put their NG ads ANYWHERE ON THE WEB. Us audio folks are stuck on NG, unless there's a NG audio widget with integrated ads planned. Hey, that'd actually be pretty cool.

True, true. The flash guys do all their self-whoring ALL OVER THE WEB with all those ads. While they post their stuff on many different sites, us audio guys are stuck on Newgrounds with little to no chance of making a decent profit.

Since i've been a part of the rev share between flash authors and working with them early 2008, i've been lucky enough to have my songs tracked since 2008.

Know what that it all came up to?

$9.83. about 7 of which was earned after the rev share program, I guess some fans clicked a few ads or something.

Don't kid ourselves, you're not going to earn jack unless you work with flash authors. I have about $116 from NG, and 106 of that is from co-author rev share (most of them I wasn't aware of, generous flash authors I guess).
