I seriously wish that newgrounds reviewers were more like you. There is nothing wrong with giving someone a low score if you don't like it. But a BAD review is if you don't give a legit reason, or give no constructive criticism and still give a game or animation a bad review. However, even though I think you were a little harsh with the score, you have probably did the most impressive review I have ever saw on newgrounds. I take my hat off to you.
Changes from TTA
In the original TTA, it seemed like there was more focus on either the story or the characters, never both simultaneously. I'm afraid you're falling into the a similar pattern with TOME, and yet... it flows better in this series somehow because of this second episode. Maybe it's because it's now fully animated and the voice acting isn't at the end of a "season" or exclusively for the movie, which I admit is somewhat shallow, but it genuinely works.
Even though I didn't like Nylocke's character change, he's starting to grow on me a little more with this second episode. Nice touch there, Kirb. Speaking of you, again, your author avatar is, again, very felective of past experiences with flash animation or your own life in general, which I like. Again, Gamecrazed is the best character in the episode: very enigmatic yet you do get a feeling of he's really like. Same can probably be said the villains.
Sniperwheel and Rob have definitely changed a lot and not changed much in their TOME incarnations, if that makes sense. Especially Rob, makes me wonder of the character changes for the other minor characters that appeared in TTA. Also makes me wonder if there are any changes for the Netkings or even the Ranks of Sanctuary if they show up.
Looking forward to seeing the changes mostly from here on out.

battle sequences were better thought out and felt more like watching a game
I like the redesigned versions of Splat and Rob
HOWEVER:
You never explained how Gamecrazed knew to go there in the first place
When Doubling is giving his report, he references a videogame, in the short about him and Rockoon, he specifically states that he dislikes videogames
still needs work, but it's better. keep improving!
Seriously my favorite series on the internet period
I like this Episode but it think it has nothing do to with Episode 1 ? And i really enjoyed Ep 1 more then this but i think this should just be something like a Filler right? Again great Job!
