Awesome game, it takes time to figure out all the medals but it totally whorts

each time I try to play the game all the way through, the game crashes, freezes, or goes to a white screen. I will keep trying to play the whole game all the way through. please look into this issue. it's not a connection issue on my end or a software/laptop issue. please help thanks!!!
