I actually had to log in, to tell you how awful this movie was.
First of all, let me start on the flow of the whole story.
Audio: Very Strewn out, not connecting at all, no background music
to connect Scene A to Scene B. Voice acting was good on the parts of
Egoraptor, Eddsworld, but whoever did the voice of Boco...
Well, let's just say, I recommend you take some voice acting classes,
that was pretty poor.
I'm not done on the review for audio though, random placements of sound
effects, not exactly a filler, or a good one, thatis.
Some effects had been thrown in, that had no effect to inspire, nay, intrigue
the audience.
Music, when you had it, was a good choice, but all in all, it lacked nessecary vocal mixing, transition music [as in things that keep the flow going and smoothly connect Scene A to Scene B]
Art: This was a severe letdown, mostly, when people do things in Mspaint,
it's a natural red flag for a person to go "Shit, closing window now!". Some
things in Mspaint, absolutely gorgeous, I've seen many sprites made in it,
it's a good tool if you can actually use it like a person who has studied it.
The Backgrounds, uninspiring, lack of details, not enough, or little effort
thrown into them, i suggest googling "How to create Parallaxes for use
in flash." and study it immensely. The objects used, just looked like boxes, rectangular boxes, and shades, if there were any, were unrealistic, and over
all, dissapointing.
I suggest you take a look at some of egoraptor's works, he does the whole
random thing right, if you want to go that route, he's "The Man" to look at
as a positive role-model for such.
As for you saying you didn't do it on a tablet, and it's in mouse.
That's not a great excuse..
Many Flash artists, and professionals, nay, Mediocre artists in any art
industry use Mouse about %50+ Percent of the time and do one hell of
a lot better than the attempts you have tried.
Story: It's the same thing as a cartoon i've watched on The Grim Adventures Billy and Mandy, only with a "WTF BOOM!!!" here, and a "Moocher" there.
I honestly suggest you watch some things by the various newgrounds
artist, and study how you put together a good flash storyline.
I'm merely telling you how to fix some things. Whether or not you listen to
my advice, well, that's up to you.

You Need To Work Better
Not a good storyline (pointless), bad animation, and bad voices...
And I (with everyone else) could tell you used text letters like these and that made it even worse so sorry but 0/0

You think WAY too much of yourself. Perhaps you could make a flash where you aren't some kind of the best/richest/successful person in the world and take time to work on your comedy/art, there's no rush.
P.S. I hope you don't see this as hate-mail but as someone trying to help you. PM me if you read this so that I know that you (might) use my advice.
