Pretty sweet. There does seem to be a problem though (or im missing something). If you get the CD from Data you cant seem to leave engineering. Geordies fat-can is parked in the jeffries tube and the computer wont accept passwords. The best you can do is blow up the ship.
Death is painfully hard to avoid at times (since both texts blatantly aggravate Riker) and without inside knowledge of whats what and where, you can be left fumbling in the dark so to speak.
There needs to be a few more clues as to what you can do.

hint: Use the cd to obtain Geordi's code! Use his code for the green button, and press enter. After that, Geordi should come up to you and kick you out! This will start his subplot and advenace the game. Sorry that it wasn't as clear as I had hoped!

That was great
Im no star trek guy, and I dont know alot about it, but that game was fucking great. That was time well spent. Im going to play it again to see what else I can do. It had a good sence of humor, which made things soo much better.
Seriously, that was a great game. Im trying to think about anything you can improve on, but I cant.
