Start Powerless is a platformer where you can’t do anything except move left/right until you pick up the powerups in each level.

This is the post-jam version of my Ludum Dare 45 entry here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/45/start-powerless

Update 2: Decreased difficulty of levels 3 (again) and 12 and also reduced transition time when reloading.

Update 3:
Fixed visual and memory bugs of the speed powerup effect.
Added particle effect when picking up powerups.
Added sound for going back a menu.

Great idea but the controls are awful.

This game got more frustrating the further along I played but I managed to get them all completed. 12, 14, and 15 seemed to be the hardest levels. 12 and 14 due to spikes and 15 due to just needing to time jumps and deciding what items to pick up in what order.

The sound effects were good and I am glad this game had no music to it as I think that would have been somewhat distracting.

The game play was fun, a puzzle platformer that gets progressively more difficult as you play more of it.

The medals work and none of them are broken.

Overall, a fun yet frustrating little game.

This is a nice parkour game, can you add more levels because this is addicting and satisfying.

Could you make a mobile version, cause I don’t have a computer!
