The style is really good, I really like the music
But the gameplay it's repetitive and after a while it gets boring and tedious, and I swear to God I'm gonna get sick everytime I get the machine gun becaus everytime you shoot the screen kinda flashes and moves.
5/10 for the effort.
Sorry for bad english

really love this game,, love the music ,, style,, and its really fun

After a few minutes, I realized the game is just going to keep repeating, only becoming slightly more difficult. There was no reason for me to continue playing. Even some dialogue would've been enough to keep me going. Good controls but nothing new.

I really wish the running animation was better, because aside from that this game is visually SO STRONG. The colour separation when you shoot and the enemy animations and the way the space changes is all elegant as hell and I love it.

Game also just feels really, really good. The little bit of knockback combined with the colour separation stuff just makes it feel really, really nice. Great job.

Also one of the best implementations of the "Entire Game On One Screen" theme that I've seen.

Elegant, simple, atmospheric and visceral. It reminded me of Beserk. I'm also a huge sucker for low-fi effects. A very creative solution for dungeon structure too. I can see something like this being developed further into some interesting places, if you feel so inclined.
