One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.

Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.

In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?

Ok im going to break it down for you. The music, retro feel, transitions, and just the general mood of the game was FANTASTIC. Why then did i give you a 2?

The whole premise of your game is that you only have ONE CHANCE! If that is the case, why is it so easy to bypass this? The first time I played it, I figured out how to get past it. I wont mention how to do this as I feel others should work it out themselves. Also, I have heard others mention issues of originality. Yes it is true that there is another game with a similar premise called "you only live once". The main difference being that he didnt make the same mistake you did with the adobe bypass! I spent a whole hour figuring out how to bypass that game compared to the 20 seconds on your game. This struggle to undermine the author is what makes a player truly value the amount of effort and dedication that the author has put into getting the message across. If all i have to do is click 2 buttons after playing the game to be able to restart, how is that going to simulate having to deal with the consequences of your choices?

All in all, I loved the mood of the game itself and I would happily rate you a 10 if you could make it impossible for a person to restart. When I play this game I want to feel like my heart has been torn out after the death of my wife and child, and that no matter what i do now i cant change anything!!!! Please make that happen.

Sorry, but I rather watch my cat take a dump and stare at that steamy turd until it dries than play this.

Good concept...

yet a stupid one. This game should not even be called a game. Maybe you should make it so you could play once a day(simulate death, yet keep playability).
