After receiving a ton of feedback for the first Ultimate Defense, I have decided to create a sequel. I have listened to all of the comments, and have created a game that has twice the levels, 2 great new characters, twice the enemies, 4x the spells, and mini-games to help you earn more money.

I have increased the difficulty as well, after getting numerous reports that the first one was too easy. I hope this is challenging enough now.

Still needs work

The prices for your warriors seem to be -too- costly to be worth their actual value; It's easier having 15 archers than 2 ninjas. As others have complained, scenery is in the way. This is true, but it's also irksome to know that such warriors can't even stand in thicker grass. Thirty seconds is somewhat short, but added with the hard to click squares (when you're trying to fit a person behind a tree), placement becomes difficult. I had placed this game in two sittings, getting far in both and losing in both. It's fun, but the lack of explanation of the stronger characters, as well as their stats, becomes a huge bonfire that you're throwing money into. Rotating a character once and only once is annoying. I had accidentally clicked my warriors to face the wrong directions, placing them out of play for th rest of the battle. The slot system the first time I played bothered me. I had gotten maybe over forty turns for slots and only winning a $100 prize with three swords stabbed into the ground with blood. The second time (right now) I played, I had a $100 win after the first few tries, a $200 win with the blue skull shield the second time, and a $300 win with the red sevens on the third time. In fact, the forth time I tried, I won at the slots twice! I really feel that the money bonuses you earn from the slots aren't worth the time and effort, considering a person may try to cast a spell right after digging, only to get screwed over by the waiting period. There's of course clicking onto your prize even after digging it. The digger is basically you and you have spells, so where are -you- during this time of monster-slaying? I have to give this a seven for these reasons. The game itself is fun, but I just pointed out the dismal parts, the reasons why it's not a 10. One more note; why does an archer shoot two squares and a ninja throw three squares? Are the drawing strengths of the bows too weak to reach such distances? And why can't we ride the dragons? haha, placing characters on top of each other would be an interesting twist. Good luck if you ever make a third game; I've enjoyed playing.

Very Nice Game!

This game is great. Great art, great gameplay, great everything! The only problem is that you can't save the game. If this was fixed, this would be one of my favorite games.

difficulty whacked

the two ways this game could be fixed, the last two spells being removed, they were useless, just add a better damage spell instead and it would be fine, second, make some harder endgame enemies, i was dismayed to see how easily enemies died in the 11th and 12th levels.

just something, when i played there was no real connection between how many tokens i got and how many chests i dug up, sometimes i would get 20 tokens when i dug up maybe 7 chests

fix above stuff game would be good enough, also its not a minigame if there isnt any skill involved

Great game

Great game. Could use more types of defences. When you get the dragon you cannot lose.

sorry, too hard 4 me.

the fact that all your defenders are complete retards and cant shoot at something directly in front of them doesn't help. i found a total of 17 chests in the first two levels and not one time did i win at the slots. i couldn't get past level three because i had already used up all my money trying to pollute the screen with archers or mages(the only thing i could afford) and still wondering why just about every unit gets through. i watched my friend beat the game in one extremely short period of time and yet i crash and burn on the third level. the main thing that bugged me the most was that the units firing path is two squares in one direction leaving no room to attack. other people may enjoy this game and ill probly get flak for giving this a zero but this game is just too hard.
