actually, even if you watched that stupid southpark episode, you probbaly won't get it. It was a crappy episode (not enough cartman). In the southpark episode, stan plays that guitar hero game, then moves on to heroin hero and gets addicted to it.
In the game, all you have to do is catch the dragon. This game is as crappy as it looked in the southpark episode (which was crap too). I think you're supposed to shoot heroin while playing it, which I highly discourage.
I sort of recycle Whack ze Clown to make this game, so you're going to see weird stuff

I've played a much cooler heroin hero that looked exactly like the one in south park... besides you don't really get closer if you shoot yourself...

it's good, but can you try making a "rehab hero" game? it's like heroin hero, but instead of chasing the dragon, you are chased by the dragon :)
