For me, I would say Papu Papu from the first Crash. Three jumps on the head and he dies. What's more, his only 2 attacks are insanely easy to dodge.
I've used the search bar, and nothing of the sort has came up.

Defeating Eggman´s mechs in Shadow The Hedgehog was a very easy task...
Also,Oikonny and that Aparoid butterfly from Star Fox Assault were a piece of cake in any difficulty.

The Corpser from Gears. His weak point is so obvious, he's so slow that his attacks are very easy to dodge, and there's a respawning ammo box in the corner.

Queen Gohma from Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Can be beaten in one combo if you time your swordstrikes well. Also, Gyorg and Odolwa from Majora´s Mask once you have the Fierce Deity Mask. Just Z-target and tap B as fast as you can to beat them in a few seconds.

Sephiroth final time you fight him, you can use onmislash and it kills him, you can normally attack him and it kills him, if you choose not to attack him we weakily attacks you and you counter attack and kill him.
I tried, there is no way to die, its impossible.
