I just did a quick search for Osaka on the BBS and found the user who was formerly -Osaka-. The most recent name for that user is Celestial-Avenger.
Assuming we can post again now, here's a picture of the error message received if we tried to post yesterday.

Took a few pictures myself.
Pic # 1: Levels page. All icons but level 60 where changed.
