Hey look, that's a pretty bright lamp. Actually, that's my little LED flashlight turn on and placed where the lightbulb should be!

Along with my incan I have
3 small LED torches one is a /laser/pen
1 fucking huge incan torch that runs on one of those huge 12 volt batteries
1 moderate blue/UV LED torch designed to look like the Sonic Screwdriver it also has a pen/UV ink pen
1 fucking huge 30 LED torch that I never use cause of its brightness (It lit up 5 houses from across the road and they all woke up and started yelling at me...
The little grey flashlight is the one being used in the above pictures. The longer black one is even brighter!

Various sources. If anyone is interested in purchasing little flashlights like this, PM me and I'll tell you where to go.

ahahaha, that's the best pic yet. i should suggest my father replace all of his lights at home with LED lights, I'm sure he'd be all over that stuff. Longer life, and much brighter... what's not to like?
yes. i live on the sun, isn't life great?

I think in the next 2-5 years we'll start to see more common offerings for LED home lighting. Right now the LED's don't put out the most pleasent looking light, and it would take multiple LED's to match a current light bulb, or compact flourescent. The picture I took is a longer exposure and is a bit exaggerated. :)
Many people are switching to compact flourescents, which are good for our pocket books, but they arne't the long term answer. They are probably worse for the environment than regular lights bulbs as they take more energy and resources to manufacturer, could become a problem in landfills because they contain traces of mercury, etc. LED's would be cheaper to produce, use less materials, would last longer, use far less power, etc.

I though LED's were more expensive to produce.
And that's probably why they haven't replaced normal lightbulbs yet.
but they do last longer and use less power. that's why in the near future they are going to take over.
I used LED's in my science project on strobe lights in grade seven. How different lights create different effects at certain speeds of on/off
I came in here to make a fleshlight joke.
But someone beat me to it :(
One day my dad came home, with a fucken huge torch. It either uses 2 or 4 batteries, and it's black. Pretty slandered, except that in the base is engraved "PROPERTY OF BUNDOORA POLICE STATION".
He says he found it on the road. >_>
Remember those good ol' shotgun flashlights? If you had one of these, you could always impress everyone :P

I'm not familiar with that brand, and I don't see a price. It's an incan, rather than LED. You'd probably be better off with a Surefire if you want a tactical flashlight, http://www.surefire.com
Love the American Dream, with a vengeance.
I'd post my flashlight, but I might get banned for posting pornographic matirial.

Grey power.
I falsely labeled this topic as a topic about penises.
And really, newgrounds needs more topics about penises.

So what you're saying is that if I made a thread about cock jokes, it would show advertisements about cocks? Sometimes I hate Google but sometimes it makes me laugh. Thanks for the info Wade.
This is basically what mine looks like (can't find it right now) except it's red.
And it needs a new battery.
Need a sig? PM me if you want one :D

My dad and got this baby at Cosco a while back for like 30 bucks. Great for spotlighting deer. I just found this pic on google image, as i left my spotlight at home. its fucking heavy. Its a Thor X spotlight. 10 million candle power, a few different settings of brightness, and a rechargeable 12 volt LIQUID cell battery.

I have one like that, but it's yellow. It's basically a portable car headlight. I missed out on a cool spot light at Costco, they had a 35watt HID (high intensity discharge) spot light at one time. They are crazy bright and put those 10 million candle power spot lights to shame. :)

HID bulbs are the shiznite. Its actually kind of funny because you and my dad both are way into flashlights, knives, and photography. My dad got me a HID lamp when i started 8th grade. As of right now, its my 3rd year of college and i'm using the same lamp with the same bulb (and it hasn't dimmed at all). The only down side to HID bulbs is that they can burn your house down pretty easily.
My uber lamp was also purchased at Cosco.. man i love that place

That is basicly mine, its a piece of crap compared to everyone elses.
Heck, it gets the job done. And its yellow, like the picture.
