I am a great fan of you! I remember back a while ago when I had dial-upp my brother and I would huddle around the computer and wait 2 hours just to watch your movies. In fact you are the one that got me into flashes. It's more flash artists like you that newground needs. I mean half of the artists don't even have the courage to post for fear of them being flamed like you are right now. I'm shure you can find at least 20 people that got started in flash becasue of you. I have shown my suport of you many time s before(I've imed you a couple times. I'm simpson699) and I don't think I'll ever stop supporting you. Your one of the first people to make quality flash and I think people should start respecting you a little more. Half of the people here just joined and they don't even know your other great achivements. They're just saying what they think i "cool" and people will like them for.

I hate that. We have numbers in between 0 and 5, yet the sad truth is barely anybody uses them. This much is true, although for example, I admit I like family guy, yet I do beliee it is overrated. See how that works? I don't think it is overrated because I don't like it, because I do, but it doesn't change the fact it's "funnyness" is blown out of proportion. In the case of flash movies, most people stop looking at the submission after a while and just vote based on the author (*cough*iwillpress*cough*). This is bad regardless of it being positivelly or negativelly, the flash is what matters, not the author.

People don't realize that the majority of us just do flash for fun.

The popularity and decreasing quality trend is sort of like a cycle. Without negative constructive reviews, we can't improve. However, the majority of negative review are simply hate reviews. That doesn't help anyone, and in turn won't allow the author to improve.

Writting reviews has become problematic and controversial as well, that's why I barely bother to write them now. I will still write an ocasional one, but not really.

You have a 3.95~. The standards aren't the same as when you used to release your stuff en masse. And maybe the fact that videogame movies have an appeal only to those who play the game would also affect the score.

I'm sorry, I don't find your score unfair. I'm sorry you're not getting the 4+ you used to, but to be frank, I never found your movies to be worth what they are currently scored anyways.

The score was fair. Be ready to accept that certain people aren't going to like your movies and get over it. If you like it yourself and a few other people do, that should be good enough. There we're plenty of constructive reviews with lower scores, and I accept that. But the majority of them were flames, or criticism for silly reasons.

I considered it more a case of newgrounds outgrowing you at the time. That perhaps everyone had finally realised that your work isn't actually that decent. I left a review for your flash giving it a 0 because of how much you had disappointed me with it, since I figured you might have spent all that time coming up with something halfway decent, only to recieve the same thing once again. I didn't really know what else to say. I would hope that you choose to explore some more advanced animation than tweening, write a script not about video games, and make jokes that actually have tactful timing and aren't centered around muffins or pies. I was hoping that was what you were doing before, but I guess not. Maybe next time, with any luck.

Your potential is far away of what the WoW thingy was. You can do much, much better. Your jokes have been overused, by you and other NGers. That's why they got old. And the WoW movie was your first flash in aaaages, that's why many people hated it. They wanted something really cool.

But I think that the main problem is that you haven't developed your style, humor and animation that much. Hey, being a top-rated artist requires effort. Standards get higher. Animators get bettter and better, new artists are being known, and ALL of them improve and show new and exciting stuff.

Renew yourself, man, you can't live in the present from the past. You are able to.
