I saw the Foo Fighters on The Late Show with David Letterman last night, and he mentioned their new CD and praised them for "Fighting Foo".
A mate of mine told me that Grohl thought the Foo's were a better band than 'Nirvana'. Anyone else heard of this?
If its true he's having a laugh. Compared to Nirvana, Foo's are nothing. Nirvana are the only reason Foo's are famous...since Grohl wouldn't be famous. Plus Nirvana had something special and they sound crappy, yet it sounds so supreme. Whilst the Foo's are just another Mediocre band in the 00's.
Grohl should be shot if he truely did say that. And Kurt should be the one to shoot him.

Oh and don't actually like Nirvana, and I agree with Ikka's post about Nirvana being overrated (but they're better than Foo's in my opinion).
