Thank you everyone who participated in February! It’s a short month but not short on great stuff!

I’m hoping to keep these monthly prizes going but we need more Support to do so. When I increased the monthly prizes late last year, I was hoping our Supporter count would continue to trend upward. My next planned steps were to increase the monthly winners to ten movies and ten games, then increase the top five in each category to $200 instead of $100. Instead, it’s more likely we’ll be shrinking down to the previous prize levels. For now I’m holding out to see if our upcoming Art Portal update impacts Supporter growth.

I've also been thinking, the "Voter of the Month" used to win $100 instead of honorary Supporter status. I'd like to set another goal of bringing back that $100 prize and maybe even expanding it to several voters each month. Does that sound appealing?

Another great month of games! Congratulations to all of the game developers as usual: while this month was a bit lower in quantity, the quality never dips (and hey, I appreciated the break!)

The Top we got are all pretty great, but for me, I really found myself enjoying Merged Gravity REDUX and The Time I Was Stranded in Some Planet: both really fun short and sweet adventures with some challenging ending gauntlets!

Orderless: New Skies was a pretty promising demo: hope everyone gives them some great feedback and we get a really cool final product outta them!

As a side note, I played these two awesome games which were featured during February but weren't actually made in February, meaning they didn't get a look in during their time period. Consider checking them out now: you won't regret it!
