I got a weird one. English is my first language but I live in a country where it isn't for most people. So in the local language, a common phrase is 怎麼了, meaning "what's up" but literally means "what are you doing." For some reason I can't get over the literal translation and it pisses me off whenever someone can see what I'm doing and technically asks me what I'm doing.
