Hello there! You're viewing the Round 3 thread of the Newgrounds Audio Deathmatch 2013 (NGADM '13)! What am I talking about, you say? Check out this thread. OMG THE RESULTS ARE OUT, you say? Read on!

Just like in the last round, this thread encloses the results of Round 2, along with the 16 winners who will be taking part in Round 3, and, just like in the last round, the quality was phenomenal. Many people improved over their last track and there were some excellent tracks, along with a few trademark close calls as one would expect.

You guys know the drill now, but as a recap; throughout the 2 weeks of Round 3, the judges will review your submissions. Since there are a lot of submissions and not much time, the workload will be split again. Like last time, you won't necessarily get a review from every judge, but you will get at least 4 reviews!

Now hold on there. Rules!

1.) Do NOT complain about or question your score in this thread, and no ranting or distasteful posts! You will be getting reviews explaining some of your scores, and if you want a particular judge to explain his/her score to you, then resort to PMs, and be patient and reasonable! Remember - the judges all worked very hard for this round, and deserve a round of applause not a round of hate PMs.

2.) The results will take up more than one post. Do not post anything until the results, winners and pairings have all been posted, and I give the go-ahead. It will inevitably get deleted by a friendly neighbourhood moderator.

3.) Use this thread to post your Round 3 submissions. As always, this thread can also be used for discussion.

4.) PMs will be sent to everyone who took part notifying them of the results. If you've already seen these results and got a PM, disregard it.

5.) Read the RULES again. You may have missed something. You never know!

Man, @ZipZipper, you ended up being the highest-scoring loser AGAIN, with the high average score of 8.57! If there's anyone who shouldn't feel bad about losing it's you haha.

Massive props to the people who reviewed so many NGADM tracks this round too! It's something we always encourage. I'm even grateful for the people who went and reviewed my own tracks too. So yeah, kudos!

This will be very interesting to see. I'm honestly learning quite a lot from the feedback I've received so far, not because I want to get higher scores, but simply to improve my own vision of the ensemble and be more careful with the details. I think judging so far has been rather fair and I'm expecting this review quality we're having for our future entries as well, in fact we're all doing a pretty good job at that. We love exchanging reviews whenever possible, and it's nice to see an active group of supporting judges for this event. So keep it up, guys and best of luck.

I've got to say, my score was much higher than I expected! About a 6/10 was my expectation, especially for a track made from scratch in four hours. Good thing I can fake a composition using improv. XD

My piece was a flop, I knew it from the start I guess. I had used up all my creative power on a scoring job a few days before and wrote a magnificent piece... a shame I couldn't use it in this. I didn't have enough time to regain my creativity is all.

Downside to this all is that I don'tget to laugh at Bosa having to make a song by himself. >_<

Are you mocking me? I took this Deathmatch seriously. I was excited to discover that I would still have a second chance to be in this competition and worked so hard during my constrained time period that I created two songs and chose the one I thought would be best. It is very humiliating to have lost a second time, but I will move on and hope for the best next year...

Relax, man, he's simply saying that he's the lowest ranking winner, whilst you are the highest ranking loser. Not particularly clear in his statement, but you can see for yourself in his ranking list.

If anything, he's lauding you, not mocking you.
