Don't let us keep you from that 'life' then.

Everyone switch to xbox, we have this special thing called online play. Its pretty fun guys.
You do realize if Sony were to go out of buisness it would be a wonderful opportunity for Xbox to charge more for everything.
Third Attack you say?
At least nothing of value was nabbed (Only 2,500ish basic infos from a 2001 database)
As expected, more delays are a result.
That was a great post. Right Zach?

Fortunately sony wont go out of business. Besides, regarless of psn being down, sony does have a better single player roster, so being offline wouldn't be nearly as painful as Live going down.

PSN is never coming back.
This saddens me, a 360 player.
Seriously, fuck Anonymous or whoever's pulling this shit.
When all else fails, blame the casuals!

Cyber-terrorism is one hell of a thing. This stopped being hacking for info a long time ago, this group is a bunch of exhibitionists.
What a bunch of spiteful fucks, I hope the law comes down hard on them.

PSNotwork victim : "HAHA IT STILL PLAYS GAMES"
Regardless the two situations can be compared to an extent because both involve a major issue with the console that takes away from the full experience. Both were/are public relation nightmares for the respective companies as well.
Thnx for the sig ParadoxVoid
i look like a ballplaya
Why don't you guys take the word of a real news source! They're doing internal testing of the new structure as we speak.
PSN users will get gifts of free shit.

Now I'm going to go and squash the enemy in my tank. Toodles!
I heard PSN was supposed to be back up on May 3rd. The fuck happened?

Perhaps they are trying to do their best, obviously...
Did Anonymous just accidentally unite psn and xbox fans?
Whooooooooa...
Wow, it's still down, haven't bothered to go near my PS3 in the last few days. I thought I'd just let Sony do their shit and fix it. Seriously thought it'd be back online now.
You guys think those hackers are fucked? :P
I don't think so, those hackers are getting rich. If Sony finds them, they will pay them a shitload of money to point out the flaws in their system.
At least that's what I think they should do if they want PSN to be up as quick as possible.
You laughing at me? YOU LAUGHING AT THE BEST!

They lost too much money to pay them a shitload of money. But it would be a smart thing to do.. That is if hackers even did this... So many conspiracies about it. It's crazy
Wow, it's still down? Kind of makes me glad to play Xbox. Not to be fanboyish of course but this probably had something to do with the fact that Sony doesn't charge for their online service so they can't afford proper protection for their services, for $50 a year I think I would rather pay for a reliable service than pay nothing for a broken one. But at least you guys can still solo it or co-op with friends or something like that in the mean time. I just feel bad for those who got MK9 or some really expensive game and hasn't been able to play online yet.

360 charging for online doesn't mean more reliable security

Has XBL ever been hacked and forced to be taken down indefinitely?

I'm going to have to agree on this. You really can't tell what would happened if a similar attempt was projected on to Microsoft. Just because they charge for it doesn't mean the money goes into the service, but then again who knows without actually working there.

The fact that you won't aknowledge that anything can be hacked at any time, including XBL saddens me. And to think I looked up to you

Hey guys, I just was wondering. Do you think South Park will do an episode about this?
I dunno why, but I just realized it's possible.

I acknowledge it can be hacked. Now quit repeating yourself and answer the question: has it been hacked and forced offline for any extended period of time like PSN has now?

Halo 3 launch...
That seems fairly minor compared to what's happening now with PSN.
