How to trip balls without drugs.

FIRST STEP
Clear your mind, dont think of any worries or important things. Go to the bathroom, shut the lights off. Needs to be completely dark, no lights or noises in the room.

SECOND STEP
Open up your shower and go sit under warm water. Then start staring at darkness and listen the shower wash. Wait few minutes and you start seeing colours, maybe hearing voices and other creepy shit.

I have a problem with my eyes that usually lasts a couple of hours which, basically, exposes a large area of nerves on the surface of one of my eyes and makes it fucking painful to try and open it in a dark room, nevermind with the lights on, so I've had to shower in the dark a few times.
It feels kind of weird, but I suppose you don't give a shit about sensory deprivation when your eyeballs are tearing themselves the fuck apart.

Watch YouTube Poop. That's definitley the most surreal stuff I have ever seen, apart from perhaps animutation. I am surprised that the two are not compared more often. I think the Animutation may in fact be more surreal because there are a lot of objects that are just flying around and that really doesn't show up often in YTP. The way you described is awesome too and might be better, but this is an easier way.
