I'll probably have a flat this year, but considering the high turnout, i'll probably like have whoever wants a bed to pay 30quid a night or something. In the past i let whomever just crash but people tend to abuse the right to stay there and someone stole the ng flag last time ( i know who you are ).

It's not a huge mansion or anything but it probably beats a hostel and is an option to those planning a multiday affair. More details later when i actually book it. I'll let you know and you can PM me if its of interest to you.

Bez, I owe you something nice for that. I would never have guessed the bus would be as cheap as it turned out to be, and although it's still a 6 hour journey by bus, it costs just £14 to get from here to London and back. That's almost ten times less than the train, for a trip that's just a third longer. Even with taxis to and from the station, it's still a hell of a lot cheaper than my first attempt at going to London. Woot!

That's actually a brilliant idea. I'd happily pay that considering the hotel I got last year was twice as much, and the room wasn't much better than the flat you had anyway (in retrospect, I should've asked for a place in it). Between you and Bez, you've just practically removed the single biggest thing stopping me going this time. ^_____^

Call it a quirk, but if I spend more time getting to / from somewhere than I spend actually in it, I tend to feel stupid and kick myself later on. This basically means I'm gonna be there for more than 2 days (IF I'm there, that is, but that's now looking a lot more likely than it was if this bed-rental thing goes ahead), so I'm gonna need somewhere to sleep anyways.

I changed my mind again, i was doing some mild research today and i think what i'll do is get like 3-4 rooms from fri-sun at the premiere inn at Tower Bridge / Tower Hill, and then whomever would like to stay there with the group can pay some nominal thing.. 25q per stay or somethin. we'll put 3 per room and itll work out semi comfortably. I remember staying at an premier in Manchester and it was suprisingly good. Anyway they are close to the kareoke place which im sure people will want to do again, so youll be able to just walk there on fri night. and tower hill is fairly close to everything.

I'll probably arrive thursday but itll be your responsibility to figure it out what youre doing for accomidation if you intend to show up on thursday for early-bird partytime. :)

This isnt set in stone yet but that seems like the most reasonable solution. Alternatively, if you value privacy you could just book your own room(s) at the same place and still bask in the company of everyone *shrug*

I'll put pics up soon. The problem has been that ive been working on other higher priority projects and trying to not get further behind on meets coming up so this week i was just tackling all the majorish ones and getting their hub pages good to go and all that as well as finishing the sketchbook tour, coordinating some shirt printings and planning out some other contest and collab coming up.

But yea, im not traveling anywhere next month so i can forsee making up for alot of ground.
