Yeah so, I have a pet spider, cute little dude. Sucks when people kill spiders, all it takes is a few minutes holding one and you're cured for life. Give me the biggest spider in the bath and i'll pick it up and carry it outside.

It's human nature to be afraid of spiders, it's not necessarily a good thing to be "brave" enough just to pick up any spider you see, that just increases your chances of being bitten by a venomous one. In saying that im not too afraid of spiders and i think it would be cool to have a pet spider, you pet is awesome.
