I'd have to say diabetes. I wouldn't stop eating sugar though. Any disease that would put me into a coma would be nice... I don't know the idea of being in a coma has always been something I'd be interesting in trying.
The reason Diabetes comes to mind is that it's sort on both sides of my family and judging from my sweet tooth I'll likely end up with it anyway. I just tell myself they'll figure out a cure for it before that happens.
