It has been roughly two months since my last Azali Starline picture, so I wanted to go and revisit her!

And as well as giving Azali a bit more of a "revision"

No, she wasn't "redesigned" in a major way, but what I did was to tighten up some smaller details on her.

I'm not sure why, but I continuously keep drawing Azali's antenna longer and longer with each picture.

At first, I thought it was cute, but it started to become a pain to draw repeatedly.

Not to mention, I didn't like how large Azali's head looked in the last piece I drew of her in mid-June.

So, looking over the first two pictures of Azali, I wanted to make sure she looked closer to those drawings.

Also, I slight exaggerated her body just a little, but it's probably not noticeable.

It just felt nice to draw Azali again, and even if this is a simple, if more sassy pose, I'm glad to see that I've gotten this far with her.

(To those few who read my descriptions, the following wall of text will be some lore bit, explaining some of Azali's weaponry, powers, and armor.)

This should not be shared outside of Hyperian Military Forces or the Galactic Alliance.

Should this info be found available to the public, heavy fines will be issued, following a suitably deemed punishment.

Military Rank:

Azali Starline is a top ranking member with in the Hyperian Military Forces.

She is a Prime Hunter, a Special Solo Unit (S.S.U) that is tasked with hunting down some of the galaxy’s worse criminals.

The individuals would be high on the wanted list, usually consisting of war criminals, mob bosses, cult leaders, terrorists, and others deemed too dangerous to be left free.

As well as disposing any ancient alien weapons of mass destruction lurking off in the deep corners of the universe.

The easiest way to explain Miss Starline’s role is that she acts as a standard “Bounty Hunter” to the public; picking and choosing jobs as she pleases.

Yet, her “Big Jobs” come directly from the Hyperian High Command itself.

Trained by both General Klayton Carmine and Sergeant Citrine Pwrite she was able to complete her training as a Hyper Elite in order to further her training in order to become a Prime Hunter.

She has proved herself to be a most valuable not only soldier, but overall person within the Hyperian Military.

On the rare cases she has been tasked to help out some Hyperian Grunts out of a skirmish, she has been called a “living morale boost”.

Aeon Ability:

Being a Solid Colored Hyperian it was practically guaranteed that Azali would have some type of special Aeon Ability imbued to her.

But what was shown was far beyond what was expected.

From her family lineage, we have detected trace amounts of bioelectrical charges within her father and fellow veteran Ingo Starline.

Ingo himself was quite creative with his electrical prowess, he was nicknamed “Mr EMP” for a good reason.

However, Ingo was never able to weaponize his bioelectricity like Azali can.

To put it bluntly, Azali’s electrical output was so high it didn’t seem possible; the girl’s inside should have fried to ash.

But, her body was able to compensate for that.

Her skin is smooth and almost rubbery to the touch, acting as a natural resistor.

The same goes for her internal organs, as tests concluded they share the same rubbery feel.

Agility came naturally to her, as Azali was able to push herself into blurring levels of speed.

Also, the electricity seemingly makes Azali even physically stronger as well.

She was asked to pick up a Hovotank and with relative ease she lifted it over her head.

This confirmed her power to us as an extreme mutation in her DNA.

How this came about is still unknown to us, but it is something we’ll have to look into more.

As well as confirming the unfortunate reports of Miss Starline accidentally harming her sparring partners.

Now it makes sense why Sergeant Pwrite was urging for Azali’s Hyper Elite training to start sooner rather than later.

Before Azali finished her Prime Hunter training, one last test was used to measure the sheer power of her voltage.

We are sure the following information is outdated, but last checked, Azali clocked in at over 14 tera volts of electricity.

We highly doubt this is the peak of Azali’s power, but this was the highest amount our generator was able to calculate before it overloaded and shut itself down for its own safety.

Armor:

Azali’s armor is customized Hyper Elite, Hyperium Armor.

It’s pure white color shows her high rank withing the Hyperian Military Force.

The armor is made out of pure 100% Hyperium, a polymorphic metal that is intergraded straight into Azali’s body via nanites.

Furthermore, it’s light and flexible, yet hard and durable enough to give total protection.

Paired up with the special nanomesh material, worn underneath the armor itself, completes the ensemble.

Both the armor and nanomesh harden to the reaction/detection of physical trauma.

One could say that the armor is so intergraded within it’s wearer that it acts as a 2nd skin.

For the sake of extra protection towards Azali and anyone that is around her, Doctor Cerulius Starline was “specially requested” to aid our science team for Azali’s armor.

Cerulius quickly took over the project, which was expected, and we left him to it.

With the extra work from Cerulius, he added more nanites that would do the same to Azali’s skin and internal organs as to her armor.

We didn’t think she needed that much overprotection, but Cerulius refused to stand down on the situation.

Eventually, Azali would customize her armor further, making it more sexual and skimpy.

Normally, this wouldn’t be to code, but with such a high rank and extra durability to her mutations alone; we suppose the High Common can let this slide.

When Azali is off duty, she can demorph out of her armor and into her civilian clothes.

Earpiece:

Azali is set with standard issue armored earpieces.

While there isn’t anything out of the ordinary about them, it’s what they are connected to that matters.

As a Prime Hunter, she has to be connected to The Bounty Net at all times to listen into potential jobs to take.

The earpieces can also bring up a holohub in front of Azali’s face, in order to scroll through more bounties as well.

She also has them synced to mostly all of her military gear, making it easy to get multiple tasks done with just her voice.

Also, these earpieces have a universal translator built inside, to allow Azali to do business for any of her own personal jobs she takes on.

Weapon:

Unlike most Hyperian Troopers who would be issued a Morpho Rifle, Azali isn’t using the standard type of weaponry.

In the academy, Azali’s bioelectrical pulses were so high that she’d unintentionally short-circuit and break the weapons given to her.

Even after she was able to get a much better handle on her powers, the weapons would only last so long before they’d break.

With this in mind, General Carmine suggested that Azali would be handed an arm cannon to use instead.

The High Command was confused by this request, as arm cannons are only usually meant for Hy-Bot robotic troopers, do to their sheer weight and recoil.

But, in a few cases, non-robotic personnel have been able to use them, but only in emergency situations.

Azali might have enhanced strength, but using a weapon that cumbersome wouldn’t seem plausible in the long run

But, we agreed to let her use a heavily modified Thunder-Cracker model arm cannon.

We were willing to be proven wrong, as Carmine had a tremendous amount of faith in Azali being something special.

Azali struggled to use the cannon at first, do to the unwieldy size, but it was a perfect fit for her, shockingly.

Using her bioelectricity, Thunder-Cracker is able to act as a conduit and channels her powers through it.

She can switch the firing functions between single shots, burst fire, rapid fire, and charged shots.

Further modifications were made in order to add missile functionality for extra firepower, Azali has grown quite fond of cluster missiles.

Combat:

As all Hyperian soldiers, Azali is trained in Close Quarters Combat (CQC).

Moves are to be quick and decisive in order to quickly down an enemy combatant.

The use of grapples and submission locks are permitted if the target is needed to be incapacitated.

And finally, with formerly mentioned grabs and locks, force and be applied to break limbs or use deadly force.

With that being said, Azali can make her CQC more effective and deadly with her bioelectricity.

Essentially, she becomes a living taser, and if she needs to, can discharge whenever she makes physical contact.

She tends to keep the voltage low as to keep her bounties alive.

Thanks to Azali’s arm cannon size, she is able to swing it around as a bludgeoning weapon when she needs to.

It’s rather effective, she has found.
