So, I was feeling a little in a sci-fi mood and I wanted to create an alien lady.

Technically, I do have an alien lady already with Majin Mint, but...

Since Toei Animation seems to been getting scary again with the takedowns, I figured maybe I should just take Mint and make her truly original.

Now we are here with Azali Starline, a sexy blue alien lady that resembles a certain bounty hunter.

I wanted to keep Azali's design super simple so when I drew her again, it'd be easy to do so.

And personally, I really love what I came up with, the white armor with the blue tight material underneath.

Not to mention, just the way I was able to make all the blues blend together so smoothly.

Just, so happy that Azali came together like this in a fantastic way.

She'll become a regular in my cast, I just need someone to blast away nasty galactic horrors.

Sex: Female.

Age: 33 (Considered extremely young for her age).

Species: Hyperian.

Height: 5’ ft 3’’ in (162 cm).

Weight: 166 lbs (75 kg).

Home Planet: Hyprius.

Military Rank: Prime Hunter.

Bio:

Born on planet Hyprius, Azali Starline came into the world already a little more “special” than her average Hyperians.

Being born a “solid color” in Hyperian culture is signs of a powerful warrior to come.

Not to mention, with the military lineage of the Starline family, it was expected.

At the age of 10, Azali would enlist in the Hyperian Military Academy.

Azali was progressing like normal, and while shorter than the average Hyperian, she made up for the height difference with her sheer speed and agility. 

As Azali got older, it was noticed that her body created its own bioelectrical force that she could use as a weapon.

It was also having the added side effect of mutations to Azali’s body.

She was much physically stronger and faster; far beyond average means and what was expected.

This would make combat for Azali both easier and more difficult at the same time.

When in friendly team matches with other cadets, her electricity would cause harm not only to the opposite team, but her teammates as well.

This was an aspect of her powers that was a little hard to control, as her body just produced too much shock force.

In hand-to-hand fights, she’d accidentally break bones of her sparring partners; always trying her best to hold back as much as possible.

Not to mention, most weapons given to Azali would short out, even if they were resistant to electricity.

To combat this, Azali was given a specialized rubber-like armor suit that compressed and contained her electricity.

Plus, her new weapon was a Hyperian arm cannon called “Thunder-Cracker”, that was used as a conduit for her electricity.

This weapon was normally reserved for robots, but Azali had gotten used to the weapon quickly, albeit if it was a little clunky for her size.

With the next 10 years of training, Azali was in a class of her own, ranking up to the Elite ranks by the age of 20.

However, with only a few field missions under her belt, Azali’s commanding officer Citrine Pwrite decided that Azali needed to be pushed a little further.

Presenting Azali’s combat data to General Carmine, she was given the okay to train in the hopes of becoming a Prime Hunter.

While it took Azali another long and difficult 10 years of active hunts and missions to get this rank, it would all be worth it in the end.

At the age of 30, Azali would obtain the rank of Prime Hunter, the highest rank in her family’s history.

Now taking orders directly from the Hyperian High Command, Azali Starline travels across the galaxy in search of disposing of dangerous weapons of mass destruction.

As well as hunting down dangerous individuals, space pirates, and aiding those allied with the Galactic Alliance.

Her reputation has given her the nickname of “Lady Livewire”.

Personality:

Typically, Azali is shown to be rather jolly and energetic, despite being a heroic loner. While she’ll take orders from the Galactic Alliance, She dislikes taking too many orders, and will only do so from those she respects.

Azali finds the G.A. higher ups to be a little too uptight for their own good, and dislikes being looked down upon because of her short height or young age.

Her sass can be annoying to some, but it’s her backtalk to especially nasty villains she’ll hunt down that gives her joy.

They’ll tend to underestimate Azali, and she’ll use that to her advantage in order to take them out all the sweeter.

She remains humble in spite of her great accomplishments, and acts very casual around any type of military personnel.

This makes it far easier for those who work with her to be more relaxed during a mission.

While being given some of the most stress inducing missions, Azali has been shown to have unparalleled willpower and resourcefulness, succeeding where thousands would have failed.

Despite her reputation of hunting down the deadliest of foes, Azali is also known for her compassion and has consistently stood up to secure the helpless and downtrodden.

Even if it’s a mission that could be blown off by something more important, Azali will go out of her way to help in any way she can.

Power:

Azali was born with a mutation that allows her body to create massive amounts of bioelectricity.

This can be used as a weapon to fire bolts of lightning towards her opponents.

With her Thunder-Cracker arm cannon, she can focus and charge her lightning into quick fire energy bullets.

Her shots can chain lightning to other targets, paralyzing them and shorting out enemy weapons if they aren’t incredibly resistant to shock damage.

Azali can also fire an electric tether beam to attach it to foes are objects to magnetically charge them and move them effortlessly.

She uses this to swing around from higher vantage points and or to get to higher ground quickly.

And with her enhanced strength and speed, Azali is good in hand-to-hand combat.

It’s rumored she took out one space pirate encampment without using her powers, just to prove to the pirates how scary she is.

And with her electricity top on her blinding speeds, Azali makes an incredibly hard target to hit.
