Reviews for "Guild Dungeons 2"

This is an awesome game, I just have one small comment and maybe I just haven't found the solution yet. But with the building the, "Foundry" which turns 10 iron into 1 gold per turn. I haven't found a way to counteract this iron mongering building. Nor a way to temporarily turn it off. None of the other buildings generate Iron (with the exception of the +1 Iron one), and the 1 gold it gives you is worth 10 silver which 10 iron is worth 20 silver. so you are taking a loss. and even if you are not concerned about the loss, and just want the iron. if you leave it on for any amount of time, you will eventually go to 0 iron and you have to wait 10 turns before it hits 10 and then makes 1 gold. So anytime you want to buy a building with iron, you have to purchase the amount you need each time with silver. In Essence no way to stockpile Iron. Am I missing something that would remedy this. It just doesn't seem worth the 1 gold per turn.

Other than that, AWESOME and fun game.

Thanks for nearly blowing my fucking headphones out fuck

Well, nice game, but I think the game in general is very unbalanced.

First, why the f*** is the foundry automatic? How are we suppose to stack enough iron to craft stuff when our supplies are constantly dropping? Worse, we gain less money with the foundry that iron costs in the market, so buying any iron ores which aren't used directly constitued a direct loss.

Second, you produce some ressources at a ridiculous rate (wheat, copper...) while it's painfully slow for others, which are of course the more important ones (stone, wood, iron...). It cripples you in your development and force you to use the market way more than it should.

Third, while you clearly try to put the questing system in the front ground, you block some part of it for way longer than needed. Instead of requiring every buildings to unlock research and drainstone, just unlock more stuff each time a new building is acquired, so we can directly use the basic equipment for the first quests. Here the town management feels just like a long and tedious introduction to the actual game, where you're just forced to wait hours and hours you produce enough goods to go questing with correct troops.

I really enjoyed the game. Still there are a few minor things that imho could be done better: When selecting wich troops you send on a quest it would be nice if you could select the types by simply clicking on their names (and click on them again to unselect). Also the recourse lumber is called wood in the trading screen. The stronger units like minotour, knigt protector etc. seem useless, i finished the last quest with only henchmen, warriors, healers, archers, bogginrogues and brutes and only lost 10 henchmen. Oh, and maybe a slightly increased max. population would be nice. Overall a great game with minor issues: 4.5/5

In Overall the game was pretty much good and I liked the idea and so on... BUT! how come I keep failing to complete the Difficulty: 4 Quest?! I even failed it when I had 500 Conscripts and 100 henchmen?! I've spent a couple of hours each time sending by 50 more Conscripts than the last time but everytime it said I failed and all of my troops were killed! In the end I didn't even get the chance to try out the other Quests except the Difficulty: 2 Quests, I also tried to start a new game in another site but I failed the Quest again when I had 50 Conscripts and 20 Henchmen.... Is that a bug or do I need to get more than 1000 Conscripts for finish that Quest? I also dont have any other Troops because I couldn't built the Military Building because of the lack of Goods :/,if it really is some kind of a bug then please fix it because it's unbearable to play like this.
