This game is a masterpiece. There are only two bad things I would mention:

1 - The enemies are rather boring, though I understand that it's drone variants we're speaking of... but still.

2 - The lack of AI was something I would have needed. Again, you have the excuse of drones, but seriously, even today's technology has smarter tactics than wasting petawatts of energy on firing energy weapons without aim.

Regardless, the game was a CRITICAL HIT on my heart. It's even more remarkable that its whole story was conveyed purely through dialogue and it still had such a deep impact on me. I'm truly grateful for this wonderful composition of code.

I absolutely loved this. Everything about it echoes the older style of shmup that is meant to keep for weeks on end. It doesn't cater to the 5 minute browser game mentality. The writing is excellent, the mechanics are excellent. If this were an arcade game, I'd be dumping my quarters into it.

My only qualm is that for a game this long, both in content, difficulty, and stage length, it would be helpful to be able to change the difficulty levels, especially since you don't feel the effects of the difference in experience gains until you're too far in.

I enjoy the this game with its good combination of upgrades, achievements that give you a reason to go after them, but most importantly is the intriguing story. I like the game even if it may be a little monotonous at times, but the previously mentioned perks and the music make it a pleasant game
