Reviews for "Trigger Knight"

good game

Nice game, and nice idea, but like a lot of people allready mentioned: the random spawns of shops needs tweaking.
Maybe a few extra conditions like:

when having a certain item (elixer, gold ticket, grim reaper) you won't see the shop for it show up.

at least one fight every 4 or 5 rounds

...

Needs Improvement

Good game but the randomizer is too much... it really does leave things to too much chance. Had a game where I met a dragon in less than 3 days.

Another where I had absolutely no item/divine edge shops till about day 17 or so. Too many armor and weapon shops that I would likely be lacking funds for.

Very little monster fights between them that the next monster fight would be ridiculously stronger than the last one. Also the gold drop rate was just terrible in my opinion.

Worst run I had so far was 3 days without a monster fight and then I just happen to die from the lack of lifespan due to not being able to buy more time.

Overall awesome game and game concept, just needs that randomizer a hell of a better tweaking.

9/10

Ugh

The graphics are amazing, the music is splendid, it's just more of a flash then a game.. The player isn't included much. Which makes it not-fun.. "Terrible" may be too strong, but that's how I feel about this game currently. I like to be in the action, not watch it when it comes to flash games. It seems like more work was put into the graphics than the gameplay, this might as well be a flash. For the terrific music, graphics, and plot, I give this a 10. But for the game play, minus four. How the player contributes to the plot and story line is one of the most important things in my opinion.

If I might suggest:

Involving the player more.

Maybe have the one button be timed attacks against enemies rather then saying yes or no to every shop n potion you can have... or have you use the potion by bringing the mouse over the character or something on those lines. Otherwise this is just a good animation of watching someone run and whack things. It's an interesting challenge to make a game involving only one button (and be taken seriously unlike the stick figure rpg thing)

But currently this game is only random chance. Random Encounters against randomly increasing monsters and a timer that steadily drains you. its.... odd. Not bad but odd.

and then i run into dragons which deal thousands of points of damage and THATS FAIR >:T

Just awesome

deffinetly looking forward to sequel :D !!!
