Like a save slot, and improvement of the "stats" because, as it has already been pointed out, you can kill the monsters better with the "lowest" level guns.

Needs work.
The stats on most turrets and guns are WAY OFF. I spent 4500 on Hellburner turret, it shoots EXTREMELY SLOW as well as does LITTLE DAMAGE. The weakest turret seemed to be better than the other ones, as well as the Coil Pistol Kills about EVERYTHING in 1-2 hits. All the weapons need to be redone, stats changed and damage upped HIGHLY on the more expensive guns and turrets. Gets boring after a couple of levels because with combination of the Coil Pistol and Rivet Cannon, you're pretty much untouchable.
Interesting game, however...
Really enjoying playing this initially, had the second pistol and with the skill upgrades that kept me going till I could afford one of the better turrets and then the storm pistol. But at that point the game started to suck.
The weapon in question created massive lag (even on my new macbook pro) and made the game difficult to play, then, I'm not sure exactly how, I died. Having not been so much as touched by an enemy the entire game, or even being able to see one, I can't explain it, but it really pissed me off.
Awesome.
Love the game, but at wave 24 I felt I had no chance of really losing, so I did so on purpose.
