Well, all in all, pretty decent.
Given a type of setting that is so familiar by this point, it was pretty good. You gave yourself a completely different story, so all's well on that aspect. Pretty original.
Sounds... hmm.... Maybe some character sounds would be nice, but overall sounds were pretty accurate and timely.
Animation... I viewed this, and I kept wishing both the dialogue and the action to run a little faster. Everything is clean, which is great. I guess I'm just used to seeing at go by at a faster pace. But I know you have the capacity to do it given how clean everything else was. =D
All in all, a great effort, and I will be sure to check out the next installment.

good but..
i really like sprites and the whole mario DBZ thing never gets old to me the only things that i would really change is a couple of the movements for bower seemed to be just put there not like he got there moving super fast or something and the dialog i would have it so you hit the space bar or something not just have it timed...great flash though keep up the good work
