It makes me depressed.
The animation, the music, the whole mood of the flash, it's almost enough to make me go emo, very good for a first shot though.

Honestly mate
I'm not blowing smoke up your ass, this is great. I've seen people do this crap for years and never make anything this solid (notice I say solid, not " omg awesome!!!" or anything) so you're well on your way (you have talent, yay you .>.>) to doing much better things.
Then again a lot of currently great flash artists started out shite so...its not an exact science all right! Sheesh . . . : P
Anyway, the eyes, they err. . . silly :P Try smaller maybe? (just a smidge) I'd say more detailed but then you'd raise the problem of "well if the eyes are this detailed why not the body?" and no one likes that bitch so no more detailed! XD (Trust me, I've made that bitch)
Your colouring is a bit bland, but that's natural for flash, let alone a first timer so no harm there really, if you'd like to work on something random though, there it is.
THIS IS IMPORTANT: Please if you take anything I say as more than shite please listen to this, your dialogue phrase boxes are -awesome-, you get max points on there as there isn't anything better you could do there for this type of flash. Now, you change the tone of the flash and oyu need new cards, but this works for this stuff, you done good mate.
Also I would love to see more from this character for your next one, you left it unfinished, somewhat pointless, and far too short. Yeah it was nice for what it was, but it didn't even warrant a chuckle. It got me all excited for either a sweet emo drama or a nice rip on them (you have a fairly sophisticated set-up for either). My money's on the rip on emos, which is shame, but eh, Kids these days, what'cha going to do.
A great song choice by the by.
As I said, a strong, solid foundation for your flash kingdom mate, I'll be keeping an eye on you.
